GGGA Grad and University of Georgia freshman Nick Reach was named to Golfweek’s Top 10 Freshmen for 2011.
Reach had a huge summer coming off a runner-up finish at the Palmetto Amateur and his blowout win at the Junior Invitational at Sage Valley in which he topped the field by eight shots and finished the 54-hole event at 20-under-par (62-66-68).
Reach makes the list at No. 9 and joins an extremely talented crop of incoming college freshmen.
Reach was a 2011 graduate of the Montverde Academy and the full-time junior program at the Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy.
